These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WowPixelTheme website and the products and services we provide. By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or buy our products.

1. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” — WowPixelTheme.
“You”, “user” — any visitor or customer of our website.
“Product” — any theme, template, Figma file, plugin or bundle we sell.
“License” — the terms under which you may use a Product.

2. Account Registration

Some features and purchases require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Products & Licenses

Each Product is sold under a license that defines how it may be used:

Regular License — use on a single end product (one website) that you or a client will use.
Extended / Multiple Licenses — required when you use a Product on more than one end product.
All-Access Bundle — access to our catalogue for unlimited personal and client projects for the duration of your plan.

The exact terms for each item are shown on its product page at the time of purchase.

4. Permitted Use

Use the Product to build websites for yourself or your clients, in line with your license.
Modify the Product’s files to suit your project.

5. Prohibited Use

Reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing or giving away our files as your own.
Including our Products in a “theme/template builder” or stock product offered to others.
Removing or altering copyright, author or license notices.
Using our Products for unlawful, harmful or infringing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All Products, together with our name, logo, website content and code, are the intellectual property of WowPixelTheme and its authors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a Product grants you a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership.

7. Third-Party Assets

Products may include or rely on third-party assets (such as fonts, images, icons or libraries) that are governed by their own licenses. Demo images are usually for preview only and may not be redistributed.

8. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Freemius. Your purchase is complete once payment is confirmed, after which you receive instant access to your files and license.

9. Taxes

Prices may be exclusive of taxes. Any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout where required.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Support & Updates

Purchases include a defined period of support and lifetime updates, as described on each product page. Support covers the Product itself and does not include third-party software, custom development or server configuration.

12. Downloads & Delivery

Products are delivered digitally and are available from your account immediately after purchase. It is your responsibility to download and keep a copy of your files.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that a Product will meet every requirement or be error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowPixelTheme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) our Products or website.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WowPixelTheme harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of a Product or your breach of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the rights granted to you by your license end, although clauses that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or Products after changes take effect means you accept them.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
