This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from WowPixelTheme (“we”, “us”, “our”), including WordPress themes, HTML templates, Figma files, plugins and the All-Access bundle. Because our products are digital goods that are downloaded and can be used immediately, please read this policy carefully before you buy.

1. Digital Products Notice

All items sold on WowPixelTheme are digital downloads. Once a product has been downloaded it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, so refunds are granted under the specific conditions described below rather than automatically.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to buy with confidence. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date if the product does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue for you.

3. What Qualifies for a Refund

  • The product has a significant technical defect that our support team cannot fix within a reasonable time.
  • The product is materially different from its description, screenshots or live demo.
  • The download is corrupted or incomplete and a working copy cannot be supplied.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).

4. What Does Not Qualify

  • You changed your mind, or no longer need the product, after downloading it.
  • You purchased the wrong item by mistake but have already downloaded it.
  • You do not have the skills to use the product (our team and documentation are here to help).
  • The product does not work due to a third-party plugin, theme, host or custom code.
  • Minor visual differences caused by your own configuration or content.
  • The request is made after the 30-day window has closed.

5. All-Access Bundle & Subscriptions

The All-Access bundle is eligible for the same 30-day guarantee from the date of the initial purchase. Renewal payments are not refundable once a new term has started, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases — for example, when only part of a bundle is affected — we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at wowpixeltheme@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order ID or the email address used at checkout.
  • The name of the product.
  • A clear description of the problem, with screenshots or a screen recording if possible.
  • The steps you have already tried.

Giving our team a chance to help first means most issues are solved without the need for a refund at all.

8. Review & Processing Time

We review every request within 1–2 business days. If your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method through our payment partner, Freemius. Depending on your bank or card provider it can take a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at wowpixeltheme@gmail.com and we will follow it up.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute. Filing a dispute without contacting us may result in your account and licenses being suspended while the matter is investigated.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date.
